WEEK 11 – DFS TARGETS (TNF)

By on

The Rookie Mac Jones goes on the road to Atlanta to kick off week 11 on Thursday night football. The Patriots are touchdown favorites tonight with the total set at 47 and if you’re looking to make some DFS money tonight, you’re in the right spot. Our projections are some of the sharpest in the game and we’ve narrowed down a few guys we think might be worth taking a look at when setting your lineups tonight. Check out who they are…

Mac Jones – Jones has stepped up into the best QB to come from the 2021 draft class so far this season and comes in tonight as the only player being targeted in 100% of our lineups on both FD and DK. He’s listed slightly below Matt Ryan on both platforms and we’re projecting him to produce at least 2x his salary worth in fantasy value with ease. Despite their 4-5 record and brief stay in the playoff picture, the Falcons are one of the worst statistical teams in the league where they rank 31st in both points and 3rd downs allowed. This is a spot built for Mac Jones and the Patriots offense who will move the chains and ware defenses down. Given that we’re all only looking at 1 game, Jones will be targeted in the majority of lineups so whether you’re playing a cash or GPP, make him a consideration.

Jakobi Meyers – Meyers seems like the most logical option to be the recipient receiving targets tonight so stacking him with Jones only makes sense. He found the endzone for the first time in his career last weekend and will be in a good spot to find it again tonight against a poor Falcons secondary. He’s priced pretty pairly on DK and is expected to exceed his listed salary in fantasy production by about 1.9x the amount and because of this he’s included in about 77% of our lineups here. On FD his price is slightly inflated and his inclusion rate drops into the 40s. Nevertheless, we recommend Meyers as a safe start especially since the pass game should be highlighted with Harris questionable.

Mike Davis –  The Patriots have one of the top defenses in the league but that doesn’t mean they can’t be attacked. The matchup should best fit Atlanta on the ground where they rank 16th in yard and are facing the 14th ranked rushing defense. So far this season it’s been Cordell Patterson having a breakout year for the Falcons from all over the field but with him up in the air to play tonight, Davis will likely see an increase in usage. This is on top of the workload that he already see’s which he does tend to make the most of. Tonight he’s being undervalued on DK similarly to Meyers but is expected to produce slightly more than 2x his listed salary. On FD he’s being shown more respect and is expected to generate less but he’s still been utilized in about half of our lineups on both platforms.
