Happy Sunday everyone and there are only four games on tonight’s slate. The Mavericks are going to be chalk so act accordingly. While a few of them are worth playing, pivoting elsewhere is the way to win tournaments. Oh, by the way, Russell Westbrook and Carmelo Anthony are questionable so stay tuned and keep track of their statuses. Without further ado, let’s get to work…

Last year, the game that led to my biggest win was a tilt between the Kings and Timberwolves so I will forever stack this game. Even in blowouts, Coach Tom Thibodeau does not sit his starters until late, so his players are worth rostering even in games where they are projected to win easily. Tonight, the team is listed as 13.0-point home favorites versus the Kings who rank 29th in defensive efficiency. For context, the Cavaliers have moved ahead of them in defensive efficiency, which shows you just how terrible of a defensive unit the Kings truly are. Thus far, the Kings rank 28th in defensive efficiency versus opposing centers and no team has yielded more rebounds per game to the position. Not only does Karl-Anthony Towns lead the NBA in double-doubles but he leads by 10. A monstrous double-double is all but assured for him tonight and he has played 33-plus minutes in four straight and in six of his last eight. Remember, the Cavaliers are a superior efficiency defense, and Towns just dropped 53 fantasy points on them four days ago. Start Towns with confidence in all formats.
