Happy Saturday everyone. I am on my way out to go do an airboat tour of New Orleans so do not have too much time for an opener. However, there are already a plehtora of injury situations shaping tonight’s slate. Make sure to keep up with injury news up until lock as well because the mid-tier appears to be where all the value is at as of mid-day. Without further ado, let’s get to work…

Note: this article is typically based on salaries from both DraftKings (DK) and FantasyDraft (FDr)

Not only has Malcolm Brogdon been ruled out tonight for personal reasons but Giannis Antetokounmpo is set to miss the next two games with a knee issue as well. Of course, their absence will open up a huge void in the offense, and both Eric Bledsoe and Khris Middleton will be forced to step up. In two games without Antetokounmpo as a member of the Bucks, Bledsoe has averaged 23.0 points per game (PPG), 6.5 rebounds per game (RPG), 6.5 assists per game (APG), 1.0 steals per game (SPG) and 41.1 fantasy points per game (FPPG) in 38.5 minutes per game (MPG). Sans both Antetokounmpo/Brogdon on the floor, Bledsoe handily leads the team in usage (38.7-percent), and he is averaging a team-leading 1.35 fantasy points per minute (FPPM) as well (in just a 49-minute sample size). Obviously, the Bucks are going to be the Bledsoe and Middleton show tonight, and the only borderline unappealing aspect to either’s matchup is their price. Of the two, Bledsoe possesses the more appealing price point, so make sure to lock him in everywhere.
