Wednesday’s slate is very solid.
We have plenty of news, but luckily, most of that news is already out, which makes the rest of our days a lot easier when it comes to setting lineups. And news is extremely important when looking for value plays, which is my job every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Before we get started, let’s take a look at some of the notable injuries around the NBA.
Stephen Curry (ankle) O
Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) P
Anthony Davis (groin) D
Tim Hardaway Jr. (leg) O

I’m going back to Rondo tonight, as he remains too cheap on both main sites. He continues to play right around 30 minutes, and continues to produce, posting three straight double-doubles. Rondo has also recorded five, six and eight rebounds during that span, and will continue to see a slight uptick in usage with Anthony Davis sidelined. With The Brow off the floor this season, Rondo is averaging 1.1 fantasy points per minute, while his rebounding rate climbs to around eight percent. This is a very good matchup, too, as the Nuggets rank 27th in the league in defensive efficiency against point guards on the year, while also surrendering the fourth-most assists per game to the position.
