RotoCurve Coronavirus Statement

By on

The NBA has suspended their season due to the coronavirus outbreak. Others have begun to do the same, and are expected to follow.

OUR STATEMENT

With the NBA (and other leagues) suspending their sports, we will be SURE that all subscriptions receive the full length of what was paid.

For example:

March 11, 2020 was the last day before NBA was suspended.

If the NBA resumes on March 15th, that is a four-day difference and everyone will be given four days to their subscriptions.

It is our full belief that the seasons are not “OVER”, they will just be pushed back for the time being.

Until we hear what the NBA chooses to do, we will not have a comment any further.

Any updates will be provided here.

UPDATE #1

Working with our developer. So what we will be doing with NBA (and hopefully no other sport) is adding the exact amount of days it is suspended for when it resumes. This way, everyone gets exactly what they paid for. This will be in effect for all sports if needed, but hopefully there’s no need.

UPDATE #2 – CBB

For those that purchased:

  • A MONTHLY subscription AFTER FEBRUARY 25 2020
  • A WEEKLY subscription AFTER MARCH 7 2020

You are eligible for:

  • Free week (or month, corresponding to your CBB membership) of NBA or MLB (when sports resume) or a partial refund (depending on date).

If you choose a refund, you must submit a support ticket to RotoCurve or to the [email protected] support email address with the following:

  • RC username
  • How You Paid (Stripe or PayPal)
  • Transaction ID

We will be unable to refund any others, and no refunds will be given if you do not reach out BEFORE April 1.

Note: If you purchased a CBB package through the end of the season, you were given a heavily discounted rate. With that being said, we are willing to offer two FREE WEEKS of MLB or NBA. Let us know via support ticket or email with your username and we will complete the free access at no charge.

MLB Early Bird

As for those who purchased the MLB Early Bird, when that season begins is when your subscription will start. You will still receive the full length of your MLB season subscription.
